Detailed ordering steps
1. Choose the photos or images you want to send us.
It is preferable to choose as many images as possible, with the person, persons, or even the family pet. The image quality and resolution must be good. The minimum accepted resolution is 300 pixels (standard A4 format). The subject to be caricatured should be as visible, clear, well lit, and foregrounded as possible. We do not accept orders based on images that do not meet the following conditions:
- the image is of poor quality or looks pixelated
- the subject to be caricatured is too obscure (the person is not in the foreground, is very small compared to the image, is in the background, etc.)
- the elements that will be caricatured (face, body, etc.) are not fully visible
- it is recommended that the elements to be caricatured (the face or body) be seen as much as possible from the front, at most from a half-profile. Do not send images where the person's face is visible only in profile or from an unclear angle
- try as much as possible to avoid images where the person's face or other body parts to be caricatured are not visible or are shaded
2. Upload the photos or images you selected by pressing the order button
- Do not forget to enter your order details, which will be needed to deliver the order (electronically, by email, or to a physical address). These include: address (city, street, etc.), phone number, first and last name, and email.
- Choose the type of work you want to order (for example: color cartoon face). See the caricature types section for the options available for each caricature type. Specify this in the email. Ideally, there should be order selection options just like the caricature type options (these sub-options are included in the text for each caricature type).
- A field where you can enter specifications and details about the artwork (background, storyboard if needed, etc.). This option can also be completed in the classic email field (from Contact), if that option is chosen.
3. Choose the format in which you want the work to be created
- Physical format: A2, A3, A4, or another format.
- Electronic / digital format – the work is delivered electronically by email.
- Choose a frame.
4. Choose the courier service through which the work will be shipped
Accept the delivery terms and conditions – checkbox option. The work will be completed within a maximum of 24 hours from placing the order and shipped within no more than 48 hours from the date specified in the proforma invoice.
After that, you will receive an email containing: confirmation of the order from our team, the proforma invoice you will need to pay according to the option listed in Terms and Conditions, and a message containing the conditions set by our team for creating the work (format, package contents, how the work will look, materials and tools used, copyright belonging exclusively to our team and the caricaturist, and the “Caricatura Ta” logo).
5. Choose the desired work option
Example: color caricature portrait, framed. There should be a button for choosing these options and sub-options, including frame selection – in the order form.
Do you like how it looks?
After you place the order for the requested caricature type, you will receive an email with its unofficial version, protected with a watermark logo. This is an extra guarantee that the work is approved and can be shipped. The email will contain a “sample” version of the work protected by our logo. Accepting it via the option in the email guarantees that the work can be sent to your address or by email (depending on the chosen option).

If, however, after accepting the unofficial version (the sample sent by email), you refuse the order upon delivery (you do have this possibility), the order will be returned and the next one will be made free of charge, that is, FREE. It will also be shipped within a maximum of 48 hours from placing the order.
Steps for ordering the “Caricatura Ta” event service
This service is intended for people involved in event management or for people organizing a private event. The caricatures are made on the spot free of charge for guests, enthusiasts of caricature or humor, invitees, or people passing by at the respective event. All a person has to do after deciding to look at their face and laugh at it is stand in front of me for no more than 10 minutes. They may laugh or make funny faces, but it will come out just as they really look — wonderfully crooked )))
Here are the steps the person involved in organizing the event must follow when using our services.
- Choose the desired caricature type from the list of caricature types. Example: Instant caricature.
- Choose the style for the selected caricature type. Example: Instant caricature / black and white.
- Choose the traditional or digital format; the steps are the same as for the online order. Example: Instant caricature / black and white / traditional format.
- Choose the “event order” option for the selected caricature type. Example: Instant caricature / black and white / traditional format / event order.
- Complete the order form. Choose from the list of services found within the “event order” form for the caricature type already selected. In the information box, you can add or request detailed information about how you want the event to unfold or about participation conditions, etc. For example: the planned date of the event, information about the fee or participation, or other useful details. A third way to contact us for an event is the phone number on the contact page or by sending your request to the email address.
Below you will find the necessary conditions to which you should pay special attention before requesting the desired type of service.
- Contact us at least two weeks in advance so we can secure a stable schedule. Immediately after you complete the order form with your details and send the order to us, an email will be generated and delivered to your inbox. It will again specify the conditions in case you decide to invite us to the event.
- After you agree once again with the participation conditions we request, and after you check and sign the new form, a second email will be generated containing a service contract form. It will contain detailed information about the participation conditions we require and the commitments assumed by you if you wish to hire us and agree with those conditions. Its signing by both parties is the firm guarantee that the service is engaged and will take place on the date set by both parties.
- The requested date for the event will be communicated by you in the order form, in the “Message” box.
- The date communicated to our team will be mentioned again in the service contract, which you must agree with if you meet the contractual conditions and decide to sign it.
- The fee is the one listed in the price list on the Services page. Payment will be made immediately after the event ends, under the conditions requested both by you and by our team, in the form of a service contract.
Conditions for our activity during the event
- The maximum duration of our activity during the event is 8 hours. Anything beyond this time interval will be charged as extra services. This is communicated directly only to the person organizing or requesting the event.
- The maximum accepted number of people who will receive their caricature is 120. Anything exceeding this number will be charged as extra services. This is also communicated directly to the person organizing or requesting the event.
- No extra costs or bonuses from clients to our team are accepted during the event.
- Each person who uses our services (that is, each person who is caricatured) will receive a single copy during the event.
- Other conditions related to the way our activity will take place will be specified in the service contract you will receive at the email address provided in the order form.
