Payment methods
The Caricatura Ta team offers clients several payment methods for the ordered products and services:
- bank transfer;
- cash on delivery;
If the order is paid in advance by bank transfer or internet banking, payment will be made based on the proforma invoice sent by email after the order is confirmed. In this case, the cost of fast courier delivery will be fully borne by the client.
Payment can be made by bank transfer to the account indicated in the contact section or in the details sent when the order is placed.
Delivery and shipping
Products are shipped by fast courier companies or by the seller's own means within 48 working hours from order confirmation, unless another deadline is expressly communicated for personalized or made-to-order products.
Shipping costs are fully borne by the buyer, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Complaints and returns
The client is required to check the integrity of the package upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, shows signs of being opened, or the product was affected during transport, the carrier may be responsible, and the client is asked to report this immediately.
